The elevator constantly clanked and banged, creating an unpleasant atmosphere!!! Additionally, the room's electrical outlets were scarce and some were nonfunctional, which was quite inconvenient.

The saltwater pool was a highlight for the kids! We had a great time swimming together. The only downside was the parking lot lights shined through the blinds at night. Overall, a nice stay! 😊

However, cleanliness was off. we found a hair curler under the sink. Housekeeping felt inconsistent, as wet towels were often just refolded instead of replaced.

My stay at Best Western Independence Kansas City was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The room had a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for curling up with a book after a long day. Pricing swings are a nightmare. I experienced a hike from $120 to $188 in a flash because it was the weekend, which is pretty annoying. The hair dryer didn't work, which added a minor inconvenience, and the shower's water pressure was low, but we managed to shower without too much hassle. Upon arriving, the room was uncomfortably warm at 77 degrees, needing some adjustment time. Plus, I noticed cleanliness issues, as the bathroom didn't feel up to par. some grime was hanging around that could've used a thorough cleaning.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The friendly staff even recommended great food options during my first visit. Looking forward to returning in the new year!
